Here’s how we collaborate with major event clients to bring their visions to life:
1. INQUIRE:
Inquire with LUCKY WILD FREE for your special event by filling out the provided form HERE. We make it a priority to get back to you promptly to inform you of our availability for your specific date.
After confirming availability, we will send you an additional in-depth questionnaire so that we may gain a comprehensive understanding of your floral vision and specific expectations.

2. REVIEW:
Schedule a convenient 15-minute phone call with us, during which we will carefully review your detailed estimate alongside the personalized floral mood board that we have created specifically for you.
This dedicated time allows us to thoroughly discuss your specific design requests, talk through budget and pricing options, preferred style choices, and delve into what you truly envision for your special day, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision.
3. BOOK:
Book with LWF to secure your event date and our creative floral design services tailored specifically for your occasion.
PLEASE NOTE that all deposits are non-refundable, as they help secure my availability and guarantee the design services I will provide for your special date. Additionally, I offer flexible payment plans that may be arranged, depending on timing and availability.
4. PLAN:
Checking in and contacting LWF is easy and convenient via email!
You will be contacted at least three months prior to your specific event date, during which I will touch base with you and go over ALL the essential floral details related to your event.
From there, a floral plan is tailored for your occasion, incorporating selected in-season florals based on your color palette and preferred style.
This detailed floral plan serves as a visual representation of what you can expect on your special day, giving you peace of mind and clarity as you approach the event.
5. CREATE & DELIVER:
The week of your special event, we begin the exciting process of sourcing and hand-selecting the most stunning florals.
Our team is dedicated to prepping, processing, and designing unique arrangements that reflect your vision.
It is truly an enjoyable experience for us to create and design elements specifically for your memorable occasion.
